🌟Even though UCharity have been up ’til late delivering food parcels to families elderly and many more.
We were up from early cooking and preparing food for those in need, with feelings of loneliness, stress and anxiety at an all time high!

😰We are doing our bit as always to show love and provide tangible help and hope to those who need it the most!

We have sacrificed much to be here but we wouldn’t have it any other way!
💯

Thank you for all your prayers well wishes and support, over 7 years and counting!! We started off on street runs sharing the food from our cupboards now we reach hundreds of families weekly with many other services we provide!!

UCharity will continue to provide FREE sessions to help those suffering from the stress and trauma. We have seen a rise in cases during this current climate. We work alongside the community we see the effects of daily life taking its toll on their mental health and emotional well being.

The services provided by the Government are over run and private care is costly to those who simply cannot afford it! Visit our website for more details. #UCharity stepping in the gap #help#give #love #charity #free #mentalhealth #wellbeing
